Updated Policy for Potomac Hair Design Clients December 2022:

PHD does not require masks, but clients are welcome to wear masks and some employees continue to wear masks. 

Also, please be advised that the salon will continue to:

• Primarily provide hair and nail services at this time with very limited waxing services. 
• Limit the number of clients and employees in the space.
• Make available a hand sanitizer upon entry into the salon.
• Employ air purifiers with HEPA filters.

Additionally:  ​

• Please be flexible when you make your appointment. We continue to space out appointments to ensure proper cleaning between clients.
• Please refrain from bringing anyone with you to your appointment. Exceptions will be made where you must have your caregiver or must accompany a child who has an appointment. 
• Potomac Hair Design is not responsible for any damage to masks, including possible color or chemical damage. 
• By entering the salon, you are affirming that you nor anyone in your household has tested positive for coronavirus, has been diagnosed as possibly having coronavirus, or has experienced any coronavirus symptoms (e.g., fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell) in the last 14 days. You are also affirming that you nor anyone in your household has been knowingly exposed to the coronavirus or traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days. 
• ​We are restricting the use of restrooms to salon employees and will be limiting its use to emergency use only for clients. 
• Current business hours are 8:45 am – 6 pm Mon-Sat.
